Contract of Sale: A binding contract is formed once we issue your Booking Confirmation email. Please check this carefully for the correct date, time, and studio location.
Errors: If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour, or if the details are incorrect, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours of booking.
Group Bookings: For group bookings of 2+ guests, the "Lead Booker" is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of these Terms.

Processing Fee: A non-optional processing fee of £2.00 applies to all public event bookings to cover secure payment encryption and ticketing platform costs. A non-optional processing fee of 2.5% applies to all private event bookings. Processing fees are non-refundable.
No Surcharges: We do not charge extra for using specific payment types (e.g., Credit Card vs. Debit Card).

Public Sessions: Tickets are non-refundable.
- 1 Week+ Notice: We will issue a studio credit or move you to a future date free of charge.
- 1 Week - 48 Hours: £15 fee per transaction to reschedule.
- Less than 48 Hours: £15 fee per ticket will be applied to reschedule.
Pinot Guarantee:
- If purchased at the time of booking, no fees will apply for one-off rescheduling for public events.
- Pinot Guarantee is not applicable on private events.
- Not applicable after an event date has already passed.
- Does not apply to gift cards.
Private Events: Deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date result in the forfeiture of all fees paid. If you notify us of a rescheduling more than 14 days before the event date, we can reschedule your event at an agreed available date free of charge.

4. Studio Cancellations & Force Majeure

Our Right to Cancel: Pinot & Picasso reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies (e.g., power failure, flooding, extreme weather, sudden studio damage, or government mandates).
Communication: In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible via the email address and/or phone number provided at booking.
Compensation: If we cancel a session, you will be offered:
- A full refund of the ticket price and processing fee; OR
- A studio credit/reschedule to a future session of your choice.
Liability Limit: Pinot & Picasso is not liable for any "consequential losses" (e.g., travel costs, hotel bookings, or childcare) incurred due to a studio cancellation.

Gift Cards:
- Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expired cards cannot be redeemed or extended.
- Redemption: Gift cards must be applied online at the time of booking and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are applicable at any Pinot & Picasso studio in the UK. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- Partial Use: Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use within the original 12-month expiry period.
- Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Discount Vouchers:
- Validity & Terms of Use: Discount vouchers (also called coupons) are not gift cards and must be used in line with the specific terms and conditions set on the Promotions Page
- Redemption: They are redeemable for public events only and are not applicable on any add-ons or gift cards. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- Studio Closures: In the event that a studio permanently closes, any Discount Vouchers issued by that studio will become void and are not transferable or redeemable at any other location.

Strictly No BYOB: We are a fully licensed venue. No outside alcohol is permitted. All drinks must be purchased from our bar.
Challenge 25: If you look under 25, please be ready to show a valid Passport or UK Driving License.
Off-Site Consumption: Alcohol purchased on-site cannot be taken away from the premises.
Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated. Intoxicated guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

Supervision: For Kids' Parties and Family Sessions, a minimum of two adults must remain on-site at all times. Adults remain responsible for the children’s behavior.
Age Restrictions: For sessions starting after 7:00 PM (including Neon Nights and Drag Queen events), the studio is strictly 18+ only.
Proxy Purchasing: It is a criminal offense for an adult to purchase alcohol for a minor. Any group suspected of this will be removed immediately.

Behavior: We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, abusive language, or unruly behavior toward staff, guests, or performers.
Clothing: We provide aprons, but Pinot & Picasso is not liable for paint damage to clothing or personal items.
Smoking/Vaping: Our studios are strictly smoke and vape-free. Please remove your apron before stepping outside.

External Food: You are welcome to bring your own snacks.
Liability: We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the nature of BYO food. We accept no liability for allergic reactions related to food brought in from outside.

Cashless Venue: We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept cash.
Private Events: Final balances must be paid as a single transaction; we cannot process individual split payments for private event balances.

CCTV: Recorded video surveillance and silent alarms are in use for safety and security.
Promotional Media: We may take photos or videos for social media. Please notify staff upon arrival if you wish to opt-out. No images of minors will be captured without express parental consent.

Assumption of Risk: The purchaser agrees that the provision of any service, including but not limited to public painting sessions purchased from our website, is at the Purchaser’s sole risk.
Liability Limit: To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Pinot & Picasso will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any services provided from this website or establishment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Advice & Warranties: No oral advice or written information given by Pinot & Picasso nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, or providers, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.

Exclusive Ownership: All artwork, paintings, photos, graphics, text, audio clips, button icons, slogans, trade names, and other intellectual property contained on our website and taught in our studios belong exclusively to Pinot & Picasso.
Prohibited Use: You may not use, reproduce, modify, copy, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit any of the content or otherwise dispose of any of the content in a way not permitted by us, without our express written consent.

To raise a concern, email [email protected] with your name, booking email, details, and desired resolution. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days.
